Yes. Our FCC-licensed microwave and millimeter-wave links are line-of-sight, engineered, and SLA-backed. Not to be confused with consumer LTE or carrier 5G.
Can I upgrade bandwidth without changing IPs?
Yes. Capacity changes happen remotely. Your IPs, routing, and firewall rules stay in place.
How does the 100% uptime SLA work?
Dual-path delivery (fiber + fixed wireless where available) runs active/active. If one path degrades, traffic continues on the other with no session loss. SLA breaches trigger service credits.
